Dear International Parents,

     Thank you for your interest in Oklahoma Christian School.  OCS is a Christian community committed to providing a nurturing, challenging, educational environment for each student.  We offer a strong academic program that is biblically-based and Christ-centered. Our  goal  is to develop effective leaders who are people of character, promoting harmony and purpose for life.

OCS will provide a safe Christian environment for your student and they will be well prepared for a college in America or in your own country.  Our Web site contains information on all of the programs and activities offered at our school.  As a new student it is important to become involved in the student life of OCS.  It is in these areas that students will make friendships and connect to the OCS community.

English Language Recommenda tions for International Students

 

In order for International students to do well academically in an English language studies environment they should be able to read, write, understand, and speak in English at an adequate level.

 

Students applying for middle school (6-8) or high school (9-12) should have a score of one of the following:

 

v       45 or above on the SLEP Test

 

v       470 or above on the TOEFL Written test

 

v       150 or above on the TOEFL Computer based test

 

v       47 or above on the TOEFL Internet based test
