Established in 2003, the OCS Foundation was created to partner with OCS and the community in funding the OCS Mission for Kingdom Education. Oklahoma Christian School supporters are investing in the hearts and minds of our young people today and for the future. Gifts to the OCS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, can provide short-term and long-term tax benefits to you and your beneficiaries. Oklahoma Christian School is a board-governed school, that relies entirely upon tuition and the generous support of current families, alumni, grandparents and many others to provide a Biblically-based, Christ-centered education in Edmond, Okla. Your heartfelt gift to Christian education makes a huge difference in the education of the hearts and minds at Oklahoma Christian School. OCS Schoolwide Needs The following is a list that was compiled by the OCS Leadership as some key items that we are hoping to accomplish this year. Our special events (auction and golf tournament) may be designated toward these items. We are also accepting individual donations, so if you or someone you may know is passionate about supporting any of the following items, the donation would be greatly appreciated! · Middle School Media Center $30,000 · Teacher education $25,000 (covers 3 years) · Fencing and covered walkways $50,000 · More SmartBoards $3,500 each · Marquee Sign on the new 2nd Street Entrance $20-25,000 · Security cameras $10,000 · Trophy cases in the · Scripture placards in buildings on campus $5,000 · Wrap up the Building a Legacy campaign
